Tactical Traffic focuses on hassle free scheduling, clear and concise communication with you, your team, and our various Road Authorities to ensure your job is set up and protected as efficiently as possible.

We serve Vancouver Island including Victoria, Nanaimo, Comox, Campbell River, the Gulf Islands and surrounding communities. As well as, the Lower Mainland including, Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Burnaby, Langley, Abbotsford and surrounding communities.

Dave Healy

Chief Executive Officer

Dave Healy is the Chief Executive Officer for Tactical Traffic Control Ltd. He brings extensive experience in operational excellence combined with superior customer service. Dave believes that everyone can reach their potential through passion, commitment and perseverance in a respectful and supported work environment.

Dave enjoys outdoor athletic activities of all kind and can be seen experiencing prescribed therapy sessions on his Harley Davidson Road Glide and cruising through the waters of Desolation Sound. He is supported by his wife Cindy of 32 years and 2 grown daughters Morgan and Karlyn.
